1.  Harlem Renaissance Gallery Walk

Display your magazine at your table.

As a class, you are going to create topic and find resources for a Socratic seminar tomorrow. 

  • At your table, brainstorm topics to discuss that are relevant to this semester.
  • Think of readings, big ideas, and projects.
  • Pick your best idea and put it on the board.
  • As a class, vote on the topic that is most interesting to you. 
  • Find resources that will be beneficial supports for your discussion.
  • Share the resources in a community doc.
  • Research.  Take notes.  Create HOT questions.
